It's a promise. This young team of 'Aramane' won't deceive you.Just when many young directors are continuously spinning stories of hatred, rowdism and what not through their films, Nagashekar and his team have made a simple and beautiful film with lots of love and sentiments to preserve familial values. It's not easy to define the story of 'Aramane' in a few words.Arun (Ganesh) is a photographer who comes to click the photograph of Aras (Ananth Nag), a rich and a lonely person.

He slowly understands that Aras has lost a lot in life, particularly his children, who have moved away from him due to some misunderstanding.Aras hands over to Ganesh  the responsibility of bringing his family back.Ganesh in return promises the old man that he will endeavour to accomplish this task.Ganesh sets on his mission and contacts the old man's family one by one and slowly begins his work.In this process he falls in love with the old man's grand daughter Geetha (Roma).

But he is shattered when Geetha tells that she is in love with a fellow doctor.Reuniting them again falls on Arun's shoulders. How Arun fulfills both the responsibilities forms the climax of the film.Nagashekar's young team of Preetham Gubbi (Script), Ranganath (Dialogues), Shekhar Chandru (Camera) has given a wonderful film for the entire family. The story, script and dialogue department is very strong.

Some scenes literally make you cry.Gurukiran gives three hummable songs in the form of 'Nanagu Ninagu', 'Nagu Nagu' and 'Patra Bareyala'.Ofcourse there are some minus points in the film.Particularly the screenplay.Otherwise this is a decent film for the entire family.

It is not just the technical department which  is strong.Ananth Nag and Ganesh put up a good show of their histrionic skills.Ananth Nag, in particular, has been superb in his department. This could be called Ganesh’s  best performance to date. Not only these two, all roles and all performers have done their bit and get a good recognition.

Watch it without a miss.
