After 'Chess', popular actor Dileep and director Raj Babu (whose last film was 'Kangaroo'), team up again in 'Colours', which has a mix of romance and fun.

Lt. Col. Dr.Rajalakshmi (Sharanya) and her two daughters Pinki (Roma) and Pooja (Bhama) are the key players in ‘Colours’. Set against a military camp, ‘Colours’ tells the story of what happens in the family when a navy officer named Sanjaynath (Dileep) enters their lives.

While Pooja is calm and quiet, Pinki is tomboyish. Pooja works as a teacher and is her mother’s pet while Pinki, who has a habit of quarelling with her mother frequently, anchors a show named ‘Colours’ on a local television channel.

Vinu Mohan plays a key role in the film, as Rahul, Pinky’s friend and the cameraman to her television show.

The film, which has in the cast an impressive array of popular stars, is an entertainer targeted at the family audience and the youth.
