The film is about a self-made millionaire Kunchacko (Sreenivasan) who rises to the top using all tricks of the trade. The 50-year-old bachelor never had enough time to think of himself as he was busy with his business. The parish priest, Father Vattapara (Jagathy Sreekumar), and his family persuade him to marry Anne Mary (Meena), who had defaulted on the payment of a loan from Kunchacko's bank. Thej composes the only song in the film, written by Gireesh Puthenchery. Nedumudi Venu, Janardhanan, Ganesh, Vijayaraghavan, Siddique, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjaramood, Suresh Krishna, Sona Nair and Lakshmi Priya play important roles in the film.
