The film, which has been in the making for a long time, is now inching towards release. 'Sarvam' was initially planned with Suriya as the hero, but the actor backed out as he was busy with other assignments. Malayalam actor Indrajith Sukumaran does a key role along with actor-director J.D.Chakravarthy. The film has been shot in various locations all across the country.
