Atul Kulkarni back in Sandalwood

Atul Kulkarni, who played 'Agni' Sridhar's character in 'Aa Dinagalu', returns to Kannada silver screen after nearly two years with two films.

The actor is currently acting in Bianca Desai's 'Coffee Shop' being directed by Geetha Krishna. He plays a professor with negative shades in that film. The second film is Omprakash Rao's 'AK 56' where Atul will be playing a pivotal role.

Though Atul hails from Marathi theatre, he entered films through an offbeat Kannada film called 'Bhoomi Geetha' directed by Kesari Haravoo. The film was critically acclaimed when it was released almost 10-years back. Though Atul made his debut in Kannada, he later got busy in Hindi films. 'Agni' Sridhar brought him again to do his role for 'Aa Dinagalu'.
