Darshan in 'Shouryam' remake

Darshan-Sadhu Kokila combination, who gave films like 'Suntaragaali' and 'Anaatharu', is back with a remake of Telugu hit 'Shouryam', which starred Gopichand in the lead. Darshan replaces Gopichand in the Kannada version and will be playing a cop yet again.

Sadhu says the film is an out and out commercial venture. The reason why Sadhu opted for this film is the brother-sister sentiment which he says would be the highlight of the film. The artistes for the role of sister and heroine are yet to be finalised as the actual shooting of the film starts only after September 5.

The film is likely to be titled as 'Shourya' or 'Bhadra'. Sadhu is in charge of music as well.
