'Josh' to be remade in Tamil

Producer S V Babu and director Shivamani, riding high on the success of Kannada film 'Josh', are all set to remake the film in Tamil and Telugu. The Tamil version is expected to go on floors by October.

Earlier, Shivamani's 'Shakthi', starring Vijayashanthi in the lead, was dubbed in other languages. But, he will be doing a Tamil film for the first time.

Sources say, some leading production firms in Bollywood have plans to remake 'Josh' in Hindi. Rajashri Productions and UTV Spot Boys have seen the film and will be taking a decision about the remake soon.
