Vijay bashes up TV cameraman

Vijay, fondly known as 'Junglee', has once again landed up in a controversy. This time, for beating up a channel cameraman.

Vijay was in Shimoga with his girl friend and actress Shubha Punja to attend a pooja. A TV channel cameraman, who was on the spot to shoot the proceedings, trained the camera on the couple. Seeing this, Vijay advised him not to continue with it.

But he did not pay heed to Vijay's words and went on filming the couple for some more time. Once the pooja was over, Vijay went straight to the cameraman and attacked him, it is heard. The news spread like wildfire and journalists protested at the attitude of Vijay.

Finally the actor had to apologise for being rude.
