'Paleri Manikkam' postponed

The release of 'Paleri Manikkam', starring Mammootty in a double role, has been postponed to December 3, due to “unavoidable circumstances”.
The Ranjith film was expected to release on November 27, during Bakrid.

The film is about an investigation into the murder of Manikkam, which took place in the early 50's. A Delhi-based CBI officer comes to Kerala to investigate the case. The film is based on a novel by TP Rajeevan.

Mammootty plays the CBI officer who re-investigates the case and as a Muslim landlord who lived in the '50s. Gowri Munjal plays the female lead.
