Shriya, the globe trotter

Shriya Saran is truly going places. The actress, who recently holidayed in Ku Samui, drove straight from there to Bangkok, to shoot for a Malayalam film.

"Two lovely dives with fantastic divers in Ko Samui. It’s a beautiful day,” Shriya wrote on her microblogging page, thrilled about her trip. For those who would like to know more about Ko Samui, it is Thailand's second largest island, rich with natural resources, white sandy beaches, coral reefs and coconut trees.

On her working for Mollywood movie 'Casanova' in Bangkok, the actress tweeted: "Shooting in freaking heat in Bangkok, wearing a thick black jacket. It’s boiling outside and I’m dying in my jacket But I’m enjoying it!”

Though Shriya is not currently part of any Tamil films, sources have it that she is holding discussions for a couple of projects and would sign at least one of them soon. "She is busy with projects in Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi," sources add.
