'Aayirathil Oruvan' for Pongal release!

'Aayirathil Oruvan', the much awaited movie directed by Selvaraghavan, will hit theatres this Pongal, confirmed producer R Ravindran.

The film stars 'Paruthiveeran' Karthi, Reema Sen, Andrea and Parthipan in the lead. The ad campaign for the film is already underway.

Though there were speculations that the release of the movie will be further delayed as another Karthi film, 'Paiyya' was slated for a Pongal release. But, an agreement has been reached between the makers of these two films. According to the settlement, 'Paiyya' will be released after a minimum of 35 days post the release of 'Aayirathil Oruvan'.
