Ajith as cop in his next?

Ajith's new look at the audio launch of 'Asal' has given rise to speculations that he would be doing a police story in his 50th film, to be directed by Gowtham Menon.

At the function, "Thala" was seen sporting a crew cut. It was only recently that the superstar decided on Gowtham Menon to direct his Golden Jubilee film. His B.O. rival Vijay has already started work on his 50th film, 'Sura'. His 49th film, 'Vettakaran' is running to packed houses all over Tamil Nadu.

Ajith fans are excited to hear that he would be donning the uniform for a Gowtham Menon film. For, Gowtham's earlier police stories--Suriya starrer 'Kakka Kakka' and 'Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu' with Kamal Haasan were superhits.
