King Khan rescues Asin

Asin Thottumkal was saved from a difficult and awkward situation by none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The occasion was a Mumbai event, where about 300 persons, posing themselves as her fans, tried to get too close to Asin for comfort.

Shah Rukh, on seeing the damsel in distress, sent his security guards to save Asin from the mob. After a few anxious moments, the actress was able to wriggle out from the crowd.

With a single film, Aamir Khan's 'Ghajini', Asin has become very popular in the North. It seems, she will need the services of security personnel for her travels in the North in future.
