Five debutants in 'Pugaipadam'

Five debutants appear in the lead in 'Pugaipadam', directed by Selvaraghavan's former assistant Rajesh Lingam. Produced by NC Manikandan, the realistic film has a story which resembles Hollywood movie 'The Shawshank Redemption'.

The film is about a real life incident that happened during his college days, says Rajesh. Actors from various states and backgrounds play important roles in the film.

A talented and creative team works behind the lens for this film. The theme is expected to be about an imaginary land of friends.

Gangai Amaran, after a long gap, scores the music and Armstrong wields the camera.
