Resul Pookutty in '3'

There is a big addition to the team of upcoming film '3', starring Dhanush and Shruthi Haasan in lead roles and directed by Aishwarya R Dhanush. We are talking about Resul Pookutty, the Oscar award winning sound engineer.

"It's a great pleasure telling you guys that Oscar winner Resul Pookutty sir will be working with us in our film 3," posted Dhanush on his microblogging page. The National Award winning actor added he and his wife were looking forward to work with Resul.

The movie has already shot to international fame, thanks to the viral success of the song 'Why this kolaveri di...' The cast and crew are currently busy picturising the song, and are aware of the responsibility on their shoulders.

"No one expected that kolaveri... would become such a rage. So expectations would be higher than ever to know how the song had been picturised. Hence, Aishwarya, Dhanush and others putting extra efforts while canning the number," say a unit source.
