Silambarasan on changing his "title"

Recently, Silambarasan aka Simbu has changed his sobriquet from ‘Little Superstar’ to ‘Young Superstar’. But, nobody knew the reason behind the change of title. Last week, Simbu himself explained why the change was made.

He says, "The title ‘Little Superstar’ was given to me when I was a child artiste. I am playing hero roles now and have completed 25 years in the industry. I am even directing films now. So my fans urged me to change the sobriquet.”

Of course, he wants to graduate into a superstar. He says his aim is to become the Superstar of Kollywood, but knows that he has a long way to go.
