Tammu in Vijay's 50th film!

Tamannaah, on a high following the stupendous success of her 'Ayan', has been selected to play Vijay's ladylove in his 50th film. It is being reported that the formal agreement will be signed next week.

Ilaiya Thalapathy's golden jubilee film will be produced by Sangli Murugan's Meenakshi Arts, the banner which made Vijay's first super hit, 'Kathalukku Mariyadai'. Vijay is now busy with the shooting for 'Vettaikkaran', his 49th film, being produced by AVM.

Tamannah, touted as the next big thing in south Indian films a few months ago, has been giving sleepless nights to top heroines with back to back super hits in Dhanush's 'Padikkathavan' and Suriya's 'Ayan'.
