Ban telecast of Chiru, Jr NTR films: Cong

The Congress party has urged the Election Commission to stop the telecast of the movies of Chiranjeevi, his brothers Pawan Kalyan and Naga Babu, TDP founder N.T. Rama Rao's son N. Balakrishna and grandson Junior NTR. All these actors belong to the rival parties of Congress and have already hit the campaign trail.

The telecast of their movies would make a dent on the fortunes of the Congress in the State, leaders fear. Chiru leads the Praja Rajyam Party whereas Balakrishna and his nephew are campaigning for the TDP.

The actor who has been drawing massive crowds is Jr NTR. The young man has an uncanny resemblance to his grandfather, the legendary NTR and is a speaker capable of moving the masses.
