Drona: A blend of action and sentiment!

‘Drona’, the Telugu flick directed by Karuna Kumar, is in the last stage of its making and is likely to release by January. The film, it’s learnt, attempts a blend of action and sentiment.
‘Drona’ (Now, don’t think the film has got anything to do with the recently released Hindi movie of the same name!), which has Nithin and Priyamani in lead roles, has been produced by D.S.Rao. The film’s title logo was released last week by noted director Rajamouli in a function held in Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion the director of the film, Karuna Kumar, stated that the film would strike the right chord with the audience as it had a judicious mix of action and sentiment.
According to the makers, ‘Drona’ is a mass movie which narrates the story of a young man who decides to take on anti-social elements single-handedly.

The cast for ‘Drona’ also includes in the cast Kelly Dorjee, Mukhesh Rishi, Sita, Sunil, Raghubabu etc and features music composed by Anoop Rubens. Bhupathi is in charge of cinematography.

It’s learnt that only two songs remain to be filmed, which will be done soon so that the film is ready for a January release.
