''Mitrudu' to release on May 1

Balakrishna and Priyamani star in 'Mitrudu', directed by Mahadev. The film is all set to hit theatres on May 1.

Balakrishna plays the title role. The hero is a do-gooder who comes to the rescue of the helpless. The director has made all efforts to make the film look and feel different. The film will have the superstar in one of his best roles, claims Mahadev.

Priyamani, after her stunning bikini-act in 'Drona', appears in a very glamourous role. Songs composed by Mani Sharma will be a highlight of the movie. Other important members of the cast include Chandramohan, Brahmanandam, Pradeep Rawat, Balaiah, Tanikella Bharani, Ahuti Prasad, Chalapati Rao, Hema and Jhansi.
