Shruti in Telugu

Shruti Haasan makes her debut in south Indian films with a fantasy in Tollywood, to be directed by Prakash Kovelamudi (son of K Raghavendra Rao). The movie, starring Siddharth in the male lead, was launched at a glittering function in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Child artiste Shriya Sharma plays an important role in this film.

K Raghavendra Rao makes this film under the banner of ABODE (A Bellyful of Dreams Entertainment).

SS Rajamouli sounded the clapboard and K Raghavendra Rao directed the first shot.

The talented daughter of Kamal Haasan debuted in films with Imran Khan starrer 'Luck'. Though the film was a failure at the B.O, Shruti's performance in it was well received.

Prakash's earlier films include ‘Neetho’ in Telugu and ‘Morning Raaga’ in English. He has directed the National Award winning film, ‘Bellyful of Dreams’.

Prakash said that they would release comic books, games and other collections before the release of the movie.

Soundar Rajan is the cinematographer and Mickey J Meyer scores the music.
