Three biggies to fight it out for Sankranti

One of the toughest B.O. battles is ahead for this Sankranti in Tollywood, as three big releases--Junior NTR-Nayantara starrer 'Adurs', 'Namo Venkatesa', starring venkatesh and Trisha and Ravi Teja's 'Shambo Shiva Shambo'--are gearing up for release.

Of these three, 'Adurs' and 'Namo Venkatesa' are expected to get huge openings. The former, directed by VV Vinayak, will be having a very big release. The fact that NTR has not had a release for more than a year would boost first week collections, say trade pundits. What would work in 'Namo Venkatesha's favour is Venky's family audience and the buzz that the film is an all-out comedy by Seenu Vaitla. The huge fan base these stars command would also prove beneficial for them at the B.O.

But, 'Shambo Shiva Shambo', though not as hyped as the other two, has the potential to emerge the dark horse at the B.O. Samuthirakani directs the film, a remake of his Tamil superhit 'Nadodigal'. Ravi Teja and Priyamani play the lead roles. There is every chance that the unusual film may spring a surprise in Tollywood.
